Can anyone tell me how to do a hard reset on my C200. Every time there is a firmware update it gets stuck on firmware updating. Doing a normal 5 second reset does not cure the problem, you can set up the camera but it just shows firmware updating when you try to access it. Someone told me last time how to do a hard reset but I have forgotten it. Must write it down when I find out how to do it for next update.
