How to restart NC210

We have not used our NC210 for one year.
Today we should use it again.
But the LED is only solid red.
Tried to push the restart more than 5 sec but no flashing on the LED, just solid all the time.
How to fix/restart?

@sacara I have study the manual, but can not find any information how to solve the problem with solid red LED.
Manual say press reset for min 5 sec and LED will switch to flashing green, or have I misunderstood??
Can it be something with an update?
Cellphone app informed something about an update the first time it was started yesterday, can it get stucked/locked during this update?
