Watermark on C200 after firmware update
After I updated my c200 camera there is a "Tapo" watermark in the bottom left corner.
How can I remove this? I bought this camera, not rented it. I shouldn't have to see a permanent watermark on my stream.

did you also update the app to v2.3.33?
on iOS and Android it is the solotion to fix te watermark on the C200!
the C310 i didn't see a firmware update yet.

The C200 now on firmware 1.1.8 is fixed using Tapo app 2.3.33 on iOS 14.5.1.
However the C100 on latest firmare 1.0.19 build 210319 Rel.42963n(4555) using Tapo app 2.3.33 on iOS 14.5.1 has blocked access to on screen display settings. I've tried a remove and reinstall but no change. If anyone has a C100 can you also check this and report back. Thanks

Finally. I guess that now it may be marked as solved.
I did not like that such a not requested and more than concerning "feature" was implemented in the first place, but at least the company has listened to us, the customer. Thank you for that, and a big thank you to all the message board members who joined this thread and helped.

@orbistat Hello,
Tapo C100 ’On screen Display ' option does not work properly on APP 2.3.33, our engineer is looking into this issue and will try to fix it.

If you fix it for C210 it would be even better. Now half of my cameras have the watermark and the rest don't...

@Solla-topee Hi, thanks for acknowledging the C100 on screen display issue as well, I've done some further testing and it appears to also happen on other iOS devices using older Tapo App versions. It looks like it's more of a camera firmware problem as a result. If you could pass this information on to your engineer please.
