Hello, i bought 2 L50e bulbs, one of them works perfectly but the other doesn't enter pairing mode, i tried resseting it and didnt work, what else can i do?

Did you still keep the smart lights?
If yes, can I have a picture of the error message when it failed to enter pairing mode?
Here are some suggestions for you:
1.swap the location of the two smart bulbs;
2.When setting up the 2nd one, please power off the first light;
