HI,

I can not use remote control function, because my device is bind with account of old owner of device.

 

Device is:

HS110

Hardware version 1.0

MAC address: 50:C7:BF:42:67:73

Firmware version: 1.2.6

Have you tried to reset the smart plug to unbind the plug with the old owner account?
