No sound in RTSP

To whom it may concern,
I have followed your guide on the RTSP settings for third-party apps, e.g. iSPY. As a result, I can view the video in iSPY and even in VLC. However, there is no sound in the video.
Please note that in your provided app, I can view the camera with the sound normally.
My question is: Should there be any issues with the hardware, software, or that sound feature does not support by your device?

Hi all. Today I wanted to use VLC to view the camera via RTSP and I had the same problem.
In my case, the solution was to enter through the Android application and there increase the volume of the microphone (I had it at zero).
Apparently it is not a configuration that affects the app but the camera itself.

Im here for another "me2"..
Viewiing rtsp stream of Tapo C200 in alternative software produces no sound.
Any solution to this?
