I just unbox tapo C200 and tested it. The vertical cruise is working however the horizontal cruise is not working. Is there anything I can do to calibrate it?

Sorry for the delay.
Please refer to the following suggestions:
1. reboot the camera;
2.if still nothing happened, please try to gentle push the camera to see whether it moves horizontally or not.
By the way, may I know where you purchased the camera?
