Hadn't used my HS100 smart plug since I moved. Had to reset it. Works fine locally. But trying to set up remote control I get a "Cloud error" message. I reset it to factory settings and started the process over. Same result. Three times.

Are you still having the same issue?
If yes, could you please help me check the following information;
1. What is the model number of your home router?
2. Could you please try to change the DNS server on the router to be 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4 to have a look？
3. If possible, could you please temporarily turn off the firewall on the router and enable the remote control again to have a look?
