C200 doesn't show TAPO_CAM_XXX wifi.
My TAPO C200 suddenly stopped working, I wanted to check up on my dog and I see the cam says 'Disconnected' on my Android App (TAPO).
So I went to check the camera physically and I discover the led is RED static, I proceed to d/c from AC and wait for it to recover but the led stays RED static.
So I proceed to restart camera pressing button for over 5s until I hear the musical feedback, wait for the leds to go RED-GREEN but in my wifi networks the network TAPO_CAM_XXX does not show.
I had to get the camera off of where it was and I have it right beside my phone but I see no network called TAPO_CAM_..., I don't know what could've happened I tested it yesterday and everything was okay. Any ideas what can I do?

Hello every one, if your Tapo camera does not show Tapo Cam XX default Wi-Fi SSID,
Try to factory reset the camera with camera powered on, check if camera still responds to a factory reset the LED should flash amber and green after a successfully reset
Check on a different device like mobile phone and laptop and see if there is any Tapo Camera XX.
If all the devices can not see camera default SSID, it could be something wrong with your camera, please reach local support to go through the troubleshooting check device warranty.
When contact local support or retailer, you may attach 1. the problem description with device model and hardware version 2. Led status on camera 3. if there was any power outage or firmware update 4. the proof of purchase and SN , so they could deal with your case faster.

Good day,
Have you checked on another smartphone to see if the Wi-Fi is detectable?
If possible, please refer to this link to reset the camera one more time:

By the way, how long have you had the camera?
Thanks!

Hi, thank you very much for your kind reply.
In this way, I am afraid there might be something wrong with the camera and you might need to contact the shop retailer to get it replaced.
Really sorry for the inconvenience.
Thanks a lot.
