Does anyone know if there's a published API for controlling the plug programmatically over Wifi without the Kasa-app?

Hi,

There is no local API released recently.

And if you are concerned about the latest firmware 1.1.0, it is only pushed to HS100/HS110(UK) v4.

So HS100 V2 should not be affected,
