Hi my Tapo c100 camera has suddenly gone blank! I have no light! When I unplug it or rest it lights up 3 red lights on the top of the camera and one below for about a minute then nothing! I can't get the light to turn green it just goes blank

May I know how long have you had the camera and did it work fine before?
Is there any firmware upgrade or any other change recently?
Have you tried to factory reset the Tapo C100 to have a look, such as:
