Hi,

The last few weeks I have not been able to use the voice audio on both of my Kasa Cam Outdoor systems.

When I press the speaker button the video freezes and takes a while to come back and it sounds like the voice is distorted.

Are there issues with this at your end with this??   Why would this be happening??

Could this please be sorted out, as the reason I bought this particular one was so that I could use the audio.

Thank you very much for your time and patience.

Sorry for the delay.

Both KC200s had the same issue right?

If testing on another smartphone, would it be the same?

Did it happen as well when the smartphone and camera are on the local Wi-Fi connection, or only when the smartphone is on another network?
