Hi, my smart plug has stopped working, it's around a month old and was working fine. I've updated firmware and reset but the light has gone off so the device is unreachable on the Tapo App and un discoverable by Alexa. I've googled and done everything suggested but still no lights? Any suggestions? Thanks

Did the mean the plug could not be powered on anymore, or it would randomly go off?
Did the issue just start recently, after the firmware udpate?

im in the UK.
it stopped working so I updated the firmware as I thought it might be that but it's still not working.
There's no power to it, no green or orange lights so can't do anything with it
