My phone (the first linked to the camera) works great, followed the instructions to add my Wives phone, she activated her account, opens the app and the camera works well with sound and picture however her app has no control over the camera ie turning on/off - privacy - talk - etc etc all the buttons are faded this includes the controls in settings (faded)

has anyone any idea what we are doing wrong ???????
