Hi,

I have NC450 and tapo C200 cameras. Router is tplink vr900 and I have wpa8630 powerline adapter. I am using iphone se with ios 14. Tplink camera and tapo applications working very well on 4G and wifi when I'm at home. But when I leave home, two cameras are offline (in tether application two cameras are seems not online). When I'm coming home, they are online on router and working on 4G in application. I think I tried everything like changing dns, resetting all devices, changing phone. I need help.

Sorry for the delay.

Both NC450 and Tapo C200 did not support controllvia Tether; can I have a picture that you could see them offline on the APP?

And when you are out of home, will you still see the cameras online on the tpCamera APP and Tapo APP?

Hi.

I mean that when I out of home applications are offline. I'm using tether for only controlling which devices are online on wifi. When I leave home, two cameras are not online wifi network and applications are offline too.
