C200 won't reset
My C200 WiFi camera won't respond to the reset button. It lost power due to a power cut and now it just shows me four red lights (not blinking), unplugging and holding reset button does nothing. I have been able to remove it from the App but it can't find it to add it again, and another troubleshoot suggestion regarding firmware requires it to be connected. Any suggestions please?

Good day,
Thanks a lot for your time and patience.
Sorry for the delay.
After checking with the local UK warranty team, they confirmed that Amazon would cover the first year warranty;
For more details, please contact # 0800 279 7234 since it would save much time to get a replacement from Amazon directly.
While if you did not want to process with Amazon, please send an email to support.uk@tp-link.com with subject [Forum ID 232674 Tapo camera won’t reset] and provide the following information as well:
- A picture of the bottom label with SN on the back of the camera;
- A copy of Amazon receipt;
TP-Link would help you with the warranty service.
Thank you very much.

Good day,
Thank you very much for your time and patience.
Sorry for the delay.
May I know where are you located and how long have you had the camera?
Have you tried to power it off, then power it back and reset it again to see if there is any difference, such as https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/2705/?
During reset, would you be able to see the Wi-Fi LED blinking, and the default Wi-Fi SSID show up on the smart phone?
Thanks a lot.

@Brook I am in the UK and bought the camera in August.
It has been working perfectly until this power outage.
I have unplugged the camera for both minutes and hours, plugged back in and get the same red lights showing (image attached).
Reset button is having no affect in any circumstance. No lights blinking or doing anything while I hold reset button for 10/20 seconds or more.
I thought if I removed the device from the App it would help me in re-attaching it, but of course the App can't find it and my WiFi can't find it.

In this way, I am really sorry that there might be something wrong with this camera and it needs to be replaced.
And you might need to contact the retailer to check for warranty service.
Really sorry for the inconvenience.
Thanks a lot for your understanding and support.

@Brook Thanks for trying to help. Sadly Amazon return window has closed (!) so no luck there. Regards.
