Illegal request from TP-Link!
Hi,
I contacted your useless customer service regarding an HS110 Smart Plug that I purchased in June 2020 and stopped working.
After investigation was over, TP-Link agreed the HS110 was broken and under warranty and I got an RMA.
However, TP-Link, ILLEGALLY asked me to pay for the return shipping costs of the device! Which in this case, would cost half the price of the device as it would have to be sent tracked so that you don't say you never received it.
THIS IS ILLEGAL!
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, it is clear that if the item purchased has become faulty, the return shipping costs must be paid by YOU, not the buyer!
Why are you so disgusting people?? I don't understand... One might think that you should, on the contrary, take really good care of people having issues with your worthless devices so that they continue buying them, no?? I'm going to sell everything TP-Link that I have.
Anyway, I want your legal department address immediately cause if you persist on behaving as criminals, I WILL take you to Small Claim Court. If you think I won't, you're wrong! I will do it not only for me but for all your customers you stole money from. I will request the court a refund of court fees, legal fees and compensation for my time and efforts.
