Have you tried to change the wireless advanced settings on the 2.4ghz of the BroadBand Modem, such as channel 11 and channel width 20mhz?

You should not delete the camera already configured from the tapo app, unless you plan to reconnect in to the same connection later. If you plan to reconfigure another connection, you must click "remove the camera" so that it not only deletes the camera from the app, it is also ready to configure it again in another connection.

  @kishorekg try to connect with another phone. it works for me. my wife and i use tha same email to connect. and with my wife phone successfully connected c200. automatically c200 also added in my phone.

  @Brook need to reset camera (see how in tutorials, easy...) and then it will appear on your phone wifi
