[BUG] Omada SDN Software Controller 4.15 / Switching to 24h does not work properly
Under Maintenance, I enabled "Use 24-Hour Time"
But when going to Profiles -> Time Range -> Create New Time Range, the time is still shown as
08:00 am ---- 06:00 pm

"Use 24-Hour Time" option is for the Controller System Time, please verify if the Controller System Time is showing as 24-hour time.
As for the time shown under Time range, I've written it down and would forward to the related department who will evaluate it. Thank you for your valued feedback!

Controller Status now shows
```
```
The controller time is now in 24h format but is off by one hour (should be 16:34:29, probably because of the missing daylight saving)
That said, I think all parts of the UI should respect the "24h" setting.

Absolutely! For Europeans it is pretty confusing that 12:59 pm? am? is followed by 01:00.
For people in most countries of the world 23:59 is followed by 00:00, which is unambiguous and even bindingly regulated for businesses in Germany by DIN standard 5008.

Regard with daylight saving time, I've forwarded this as a feature request to our developers for consideration.
Thank you for your valued feedback!
