Hello everyone
If your Tapo camera works fine when phone is connected to Home Wi-Fi, but goes OFFLINE or Unreachable, you could try some suggestions here:
- Turn off or lower Modem/ router Firewall settings
- Check if there is any Advanced settings on router like access control/ parental control settings may affect the camera
- Change router's DNS to 8.8.8.8/ 8.8.4.4
- Reboot camera
- Make sure camera is connected to router directly, not through other AP or Range extenders
- Make sure tapo firmware in tapo app and tapo APP version are both up to date
- Try to use 3G/4G mobile data or connect phone to other outside Wi-F networks
If still the same problem, can you help to confirm some details:
1. Model of your router and your network topology:
2. Does the issue happen when phone is using mobile data or connect to non-local wifi? Who is the Internet provider or SIM card provider?
3. Please help collect the log of camera and share with us ,thanks~

good day.
Sorry for the delay.
The remote control is automatically enabled after the set up.
So you just need to set up the Tapo C200 successfully on the APP such as:

Thank you very much!

HI , I succesfully installed tapo app and cam and created a tp linked ID but the app is not able to connect to the camera from Internet. Logging into www.tplinkcloud.com under my ID I can't see any cam registered. Any ideas? Thanks.

@Solla-topee I have a similar issue. When I'm on the network it works but when I am connecting from 5g it fails. Can you advise what ports/ protocols are required to be open on the firewall so I can see it manual configuration will fix it?

@Tommy2bago Hello,
May I know do you mean when phone is using 5G mobile data, the camera live view page is inaccessible?
If so it may be related to certain SIM card. You could try a SIM card from a different ISP and see the live view is accessible.
