Thank you for being interested in Tapo Care! I wish I could help but the Plan of Tapo Care Availability in different countries or areas isn't something known to us. I would suggest acquiring the updated information on Tapo Care website here. https://www.tp-link.com/tapocare/
If Tapo Care service is released in the area, you will see Tapo Care plan details from the above website, if not supported yet, please keep an eye on the website update. Thank you very much for your understanding!

Do that means that I can see video only If I am on same WiFi network with camera? I do nothing about camera with only local (same house) viewing. I need to see what happen on home When I am out of home.
If that is case nowh, When Tapo C200 Will support video on cloud??

1. You could stream camera remotely after camera connect to router Wi-Fi and get Internet.

The link to tapocare for cloud storage news is redirected to the US site and useless for me living in Norway.
Please create a dedicated web page with list of countries and expected launch date for tapo care in each country. Include only countries where tapo care is being released in the next 6-12 months if you do not plan release everywhere.
This is a needed option. Not much use for tapo as security cam with local storage if "visitor" remove camera or SD card.....

tapo c200 what waste of money . Does not send photos and videos via email or ftp .

I've bought c200 and more than happy with it, and it actually contains Cloud/storage features by default, Its called Tapo care which is paid service that keep the records for 30 days, what more I need ? This is awesome! find out more here

Thanks, corporate team/employee for the info we all already knew. That being said your point is invalidated should you bother to read the posts in this thread: paying subscription fee for service others provide for free or for fixed price is just stupid. Should you wish to continue being stupid by subscribing to Tapo Care you are free to do so, of course. For others your post provides nothing new/useful.

We appreciated your improvement suggestion with Tapo camera and Tapo Care Cloud Service, but we hope comment or improvement suggestions could be put forward in a more friendly and respectful manner as suggested in Forum Guidelines here. There are many users are expecting Cloud feature and glad to have another option to view the video of motion events on the Tapo app in the situations when there is Wi-Fi or power outage or cameras accidentally goes offline.
