No notifications on my Tapo c200
Got my c200 yesterday and everything worked fine tills today, it just stop sending me notifications when something moves, I loop record and I want notifications whenever somethings moves. I had a lot of notifications and messages on the app so I deleted them, cus I taught that I would work then but it don't.
any advice?

There two roads that you might need to follow.
The first one is with your mobile phone provider when you use the 3G -4G signal.
They might need to open some ports.
In my case that was the reason, why I couldn't connect when I used 3G -4G.
The second one is when you are in your home to try to connect to the camera, by Wi-Fi.
If you can connect , then you don't need to disable the firewall !!
If not, then you might need to disable the firewall or open some ports.
You Did follow the instructions on setting up the device and registered the device to the Tp-link cloud. Right ?

1. Model of mobile phone and its OS version.
2. log of the camera: How to Get the Log of Tapo Camera?
3. Model & MAC address of the camera.
4. (If Motion is not detected or Camera Alarm never being tripped) Photos Motion Detection settings + a photo of Message Center.
