Backup Wan Don't Work
Good afternoon people,
I have this load at my home and at a client's, but we are suffering from it in cases of connection drop from WAN 1 which I always consider as the main one.
If there is a drop in WAN1, but it is still connected, the connection is not passed to WAN 2, even if the detection modes are automatic or manual, only in case of total disconnection, ie by removing the cable or turning off the equipment that WAN2 comes into use.
Is it a bug, that until today there was no correction? Because I've seen several comments on the same problem here on the forum.

You either use Link Backup feature to have only 1 WAN enabled and 2nd WAN enabled only after 1st WAN is down, or you tick Enable Application Optimized Routing, so 1 APP works through 1 WAN. From time to time for the app, if it was not online the whole time, IP could be changed, because you have both WAN enabled, it is normal. You can also configure Policy Routing for some APPs to constantly use exact WAN.

Hello,
I seem to never see such posts, could can help me find these posts link?I would like to have a check.
According to my experience, the link backup doesn't work because of the wrong configuration. May I ask whether you enabled "Enable Load Balancing" in the basic settings?
If we didn't enable this switch, the link backup won't work.
Hope my experience can help you.

Good morning Scott.Tao
Thank you for answering, oh right, yes, the Load Balance box was not checked, but if I check it the ips are constantly changing, each hour is on a different ip, how can I resolve this situation, so that the backup link works, and there is no constant exchange of ips

It was exactly what was done, creating two routing rules for each WAN, thus allowing to link or backup backup
