First of all, it is impossible to know the version of my HW, once it isn't indicated in any part of the device. When I try to turn the Remote Control on, I receive 2 different messages, one is "Cloud Send CMD Failed" and the other is "Connection Refused", can anyone help me? Tks

Hello, please try to factory reset the smart plug: with it powered on, press and hold the reset button until the Wi-Fi LED blinks amber and blue. Besides, please also try to turn off the firewall on your router and modem, then restart them. After that, if you are still unable to manage the plug remotely, please provide us with the firmware version of the plug. Hope it helps!
