Anyone else find the alerts intermittent? It seems its all or nothing.

 

I get a run of motion alerts for perhaps 20 minutes. Then, after a couple of hours, i might not get any at all until i wake up the phone. I really need alerts sent to the phone as it happens, not two hours later. Any ideas?

Hello, please make sure the notification of Kasa App is authorized on your phone, and also verify Kasa activity notifications are enabled: http://www.tp-link.com/us/faq-1966.html Besides, you could also check other settings on your phone, like turning off power-saving mode.
