Model: KL130
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

I just bought the KL130 smart bulb, and one thing is really bothering me;

When I switch the light off, the bulb doesn't really turn off, but instead has a dim light (same as 1% light) and slightly blinking.

Is that normal? I'm using it in my bedroom, so I really don't want any light when I sleep, even a dim light.

Plus it's blinking a bit, so it's even more distracting.

Having to switch it off with the switch completely defeat the purpose of it frown

I'd return it for a replacement, it's not normal for them to stay lit when turned off with the app. The posts fanch and sweeta are spam, you can ignore them.

@fanch thanks for your answer.

So you're telling me it's not possible to switch the light completely off?

@fanch I see, that's sad.

I will get a refund then.
