C200 - Not sending recordings when detects motion
My C200 camera is sending me notifications when detects motion but does not send any recordings.
Motion detection is set and camera alerts are set to all day mode.

Sorry for the delay.
It has motion/sound detection and notification via Tapo APP with a push message, but not via email.

@Brook I get that we can have a notification.
But if someone gets in the house, turns off the camera and take away the camera/sd card, what kind of information do we have acess to?
If we call the police, what do we keep to show them?

Hello I have a similar issue.
on the camera preview it shows it was activity detected xx min ago.
but when I would like to view the video there are no messages (movement detection) to select and on playback there are no "orange" mark, just continuous recording.
Please help.
