Tapo C200 only 2 minutes for live viewing
Why Tapo C200 camera only allow 2 minute continuously for live viewing while device and camera in different internet domain? And I have to push "Update" to update the screen every 2 minute. This is not make sense.. Does that cannot give an option for user to choose how much time they would like to look?

Sorry for the delay.
For the Tapo cameras, if they are under local wireless network, there is no time limitation for the live viewing;
But if you are viewing the cameras remotely, such as via Alexa, Google assistance, since they are communicating via the cloud server, there would be a pop-out notice every 10 mints;

On this page as for some reason only today my TAPO cam c200 keeps timing out every 5 mins.
So have missed all my parcels today, I know modern day problems right.
Have looked at the pages and trails, am I right in saying to correct this is to install a third party app? Is there a simple way for simple people like me to correct this? As then makes this cam completely pointless no?

In the end, I installed the Auto Clicker app to solve this problem. I set it to automatically click the screen every 100 seconds. Should I use it like this?

There are clearly bugs in this system. We have started getting this prompt viewing both remotely and also on our own wifi network at home. We get the prompt every 5 minutes. Renders the whole thing useless.
Please for the love of god make this a config option to disable it or better still remove the feature entirely. As others have said let us worry about our bandwidth. You've taken a great and well priced product and made it completely useless.
