Model: NC450
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.5.2 Build 190924 Rel.CBB87A

My office has 3 x Deco M9 Plus and 3 x NC450. Internet connection is definitely not an issue. The camera keeps disconnecting (LED turns RED) and i have to reconnect the wifi via WPS in order for the camera to be reconnected. Anyone knows what's happening? Please help!

@Arctech

Hello, do all the three cameras lose connection at the same time?

Have you ever tried to swap their locations or move them closer to the Deco to ensure the good signal strength?

Before firmware upgraded, did the camera work properly?

Try to disable fast roaming on the Deco app and setup QoS as standard and clear all the high priority rules to give it a go.

May it help and have a nice day.

Hi...not all three, sometimes one, sometimes two, sometimes three.. They're placed very close to the Deco device.. Nope, I had the same problem hence I sent for RMA but still the same problem. I tried with a different wifi router first and when that failed I bought Deco because I thought it was the wireless problem. Will try to disable fast roaming. There's no QoS rules set at the moment.. Thank you!

@Arctech

Thanks for your reply.

You can turn off fast roaming to give it a go.

Besides, you can reserve the IP address for the three camera on the Deco app and then take some time to test its performance.

Good day.

@Kevin_Z Thanks for the reply. I did as you adviced but the devices are still going offline. I even tried to turn of mesh Technology for each CCTV under the deco app, enabled 2.4Ghz wifi in case its a matter of signal strength, all still disconnected after awhile. What should i do? please help!

Hi, same problem. Using nc450 v2 cam for about a year and started disconnecting wifi every few days or so. Only replugging power source help. This is a serious problem as it occurs every few days and device cant be reachable unless physically powered off/on. Noticed that while it's disconnected from wifi, it is actually running and recording but without wifi connection notifications/alarms doesnt deliver and device cant be controlled from outside at all.

Device is on latest firmware. It might be a software bug and can be solved with a firmware. Appreciate support from Tplink.
