I have just attempted to set up 2 plugs but all I get is a screen saying my device is not connected to WiFi when I definitely am. Has anyone else had this issue before?

What is the OS version of your cellphone?
If it is iOS 13, try to restart the iPhone first;
Still the same, try to change another smart phone to install the HS100.
Any updates, please let us know.
