Hi,

I have tried all the approaches and double checked the internet connection. I keep getting the same message, be it from my computers, or my iphone.

Message is as appears:

Äccount Sign up Failed

What could likely be the problem?

The firmware is already upgraded to 2.0.15

I can see the images live locally, but just cannot seem to register an account.

iphone says Account Sign up failed. Please check your network or try again later


What can I do? I am at my wits end.

What is the model number of your device?

 

You can create the cloud account on the TP-Link cloud website. See below:
