Kasa App on IOS 13 with Smart Plugs

Anyone noticed any issues when adding a Device (smart plug HS110 and HS100) on IOS 13 on Iphone X using the Kasa app latest version, I click Add Device, Smart Plug, Select HS100, HS110 on the screen I see "Connect to WI-FI, Please connect your iphone to your wi-fi network connection to continue setup". I connected the hphone to the TP-Link Wifi, my own Wifi, 5ghz and 2.4.ghz but the app still has the same warning, I haven't added any new plugs to my wifi for a while but it worked in the past when I was using previous IOS.
I resetted 2 of my exisitng plugs to test on Smart plug HS100 and HS110 but unable to re-add them with IOS, I connected to Android and worked straight away.
So I assume the issue is the lastes IOS version but could be the app or something else, I reinstalled the app but same issue.

@Octron same problem! It goes right up to the connection and sometimes even asks for device name then says operation failed check back later... if it gets to that! Recently it just spins after it asks what Wi-Fi network to connect to then spins forever until it tells me unable to connect to your WiFi. I had spectrum out twice arguing with them on phone then with 2 techs and they tell me my router and equipment is Fine! They say Kasa is the problem??

Sorry for the late update, from your description, kasa devices failed to connect to main router's wifi at the last step of setup.
It is recommended to verify router's wifi password of main wifi router as below and set it up again:
Verfify router's password: please check if you are able to connect to router's 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi by manually tying in 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi password
Check if main router' security type is WPA3-only, if so, please change router's wireless security type to WPA/WPA2-PSK
