Kasa App on IOS 13 with Smart Plugs
Anyone noticed any issues when adding a Device (smart plug HS110 and HS100) on IOS 13 on Iphone X using the Kasa app latest version, I click Add Device, Smart Plug, Select HS100, HS110 on the screen I see "Connect to WI-FI, Please connect your iphone to your wi-fi network connection to continue setup". I connected the hphone to the TP-Link Wifi, my own Wifi, 5ghz and 2.4.ghz but the app still has the same warning, I haven't added any new plugs to my wifi for a while but it worked in the past when I was using previous IOS.
I resetted 2 of my exisitng plugs to test on Smart plug HS100 and HS110 but unable to re-add them with IOS, I connected to Android and worked straight away.
So I assume the issue is the lastes IOS version but could be the app or something else, I reinstalled the app but same issue.

Hi all,
Apple has released iOS 13.1.3, and we received some feedback that they upgraged the software and were able to set up the kasa devices successfully.
You can update it to give it a go.
Any updates, please let us know.
Good day.

Hello, thanks for your feedback.
May I know do you have any other smart phone to give it a go?
What is the current kasa app version you installed?
Please show us a screenshot of the error message you saw.
Thanks in advance, and have a good day.

Same problem here, I have an HS110 and HS105 that setup does not work for in IOS13. Got them setup on an Android device and at least the switch on/off functionality in the IOS app works.

Kasa Version 2.15.0 Build 697, there is no error message other than it saying "Please connect your iPhone to your WI-FI network to continue setup", this is the same message you get connecting to the either the device's wifi network or your own 2.4ghz Wi-Fi network. See attached image. I was able to setup the device with an Android phone and the functionality to turn the device on/off in the IOS app works. Seems like you have a bug with the app on IOS 13+
