Good afternoon Everyone,
Recently the camera has now updated to the latest firmware but now noticed my NVR keeps dropping the connection. I have attempted to restore the original firmware but fails. Has anyone else come accross this using version 1.5 on local network?

hey, there is an user case, try to contact their tech support to get the instruction and firmware to downgrade.

And you can check whether you can control the NC450 via the tpCamera app even though the NVR stopped working
