Greetings everyone, just bought the NC450 so i can watch my baby when i aint home. I did register and all the rest, when i am at home all seem fine , working perfect with the app and the live view but when i leave home and using any other wifi or 4G in the ios app it says camera offline and when i use the browsers ( safari - chrome ) it says i need a plugin and i sadly believe there is no way to install it on iphone. Please i do need some enlightment because i am having a hard time here and my need is big.
Thanks in advance!

Hi,

What is the light status of the NC450?

Please verify whether the remote control has been enabled on the tpCamera app.

You can go to camera settings page to check it.

With remote control enabled, please test whether you can control it remotely.

Besides, please ensure that the firmware is up to date.

May it help and have a nice day.
