IR LED Light on NC250

Hi,
There are red LED lights around the camera lens, how do i switch it off ? it is reflecting the lights on the glass panel in front of the camera at night and not able to capture the outside area. Pls advise how to switch off the red LED. Thank you

Hi,
Theoretically, there is only one LED indicator on the front panel which indicates whether the camera is working or not. It can be switched off via tpcamera app.
Could you please shot a short video of the current issue?

It is hard to say, we'd better get some short video that indicates the current issue. That will be much easier to verify it.

@vincent_teo thats the infrared lights for night vision. If behind glass at night time thats all you will see. Best to buy an outside camera
