Hi bought my son the smart WiFi plug and when I’ve downloaded the app and went through the steps I’m getting nothing from the plug, no solid like or flashing light. Could someone please help me?

Might be a silly question but is the power to the outlet on?  Do you have a blinking green light before set up??

Hello, ensure that the smart plug is powered on and the wifi led is flashing amber and green, otherwise, please reset it first.

Then you can follow the instruction below to configure the smart plug.

May it work.
