Hi guys I got a new router today but none of my tplink devices work. I looked to see a way of changing to new router password but couldn't see an option. 

I decided to delete all my devices from the app and start afresh.

However when I go through the start up set up it's not finding the device.

 

I have been at this for 2hours now can't get through to live chat.

 

Any advice guys!

 

Im now thinking maybe delete the whole app but maybe it won't let e sign up again as I only have one email account.

 

Seriously in never ever lucky when it comes to technology it always goes pear shaped.

reset all the device and connect to your main wifi first, try to add the device again, try another device if that doesn't help.

Agreed you need to reset each device. Deleteing from the app will not reset them. Ryan
