Hi I bought a kc120 camera for the home to keep check on my dog.

I already have a few tplink bulbs and plugs work great with the kasa app.

Anyway the camera is great working with my home WiFi.

However when at work it won't work through 4g. 

 

Tried everything I can think of but to no avail.

When I turn on camera from work it just keeps saying "retry" I do get a notification saying sound detected but no live stream .

 

It's really annoying as it kinda makes the camera useless for the purpose.

Im on EE network not sure if that's the issue.

 

Im even thinking of buying another phone on a different network but that's not going to be a cheap fix and might not even solve the issue 

 

Please if anyone has had this problem or knows of a way to fix it I'd e really grateful for any advice.

 

Btw my kasa app works great away from home controlling my bulb's and sockets it's just the camera it won't Work.

Hi Mate,

Please make sure this camera is bound to your cloud account.If you still have the problem, I suggest you try to use a different phone for a test, check if with a different phone ,can you see the live view or not.
