Bulb completely invisible to Kasa app, Echo Dot, Wifi

I cannot see my bulb anywhere after moving it to a different room. It does not show in the Kasa app, is unresponsive in my Alexa app, doesn't respond to 3x on off clicks, doesn't reset after 5x on off clicks and cannot be found on my Wi-Fi list.I bought a new bulb for this room which is working fine. I moved this previously working bulb to a new room and it is now a very expensive ordinary bulb.New bulb is an LB100 old bulb is an LB120.Thanks for your help.
