Hi,

I purchased two TP Link smart bulbs six months ago.

I have since forgotten the password for the Kasa app.

Every time I click the 'Click to Reset password' button in the email I get sent to this URL: https://accounts3.tplinkcloud.com/reset?email=benroberts%40startmail.com&code=0e0284a34ccb45c59c5775dc90ed5815〈=en_us

Stating: 'Password Reset Link Expired'

'The password reset link has expired. Please submit a new request.'

This is very frustrating. Might have to switch to Philips if the issue is not resolved soon!

Any assistance is appreciated.

Did you click that link in time after you submit the request?

Or try to click forget your password via https://www.tplinkcloud.com/index.php

If you still get the error message, email tp-link support directly with your Kasa account and basic product info.

NOTE: try to clear the cookies of your web browsers and try above tip.

good luck.. :)
