I have 3 NC450 that randomly goes offline, a restart of camera will fiks the problem.
I can ping the ip, but can´t access it troth app og http.
What can i do ?

@olesj This happens only when there is a configuration issues, please go through the setting again, if still facing issues you can send email to support Team, i was also facing the same issues, contacted the support team and solved the issues.

Sometimes green, sometimes red, sometimes no light. It is sitting very near to my Deco M9 Plus so i dont understand what is the issue here. This is really frustrating! All devices are working fine except for the CCTVs

Hi, when the light turns to red, that means it lost internet connection, when there is no light, it should be lost power. How do you get it back to work when the issue happens?
What's the camera's firmware version and hardware version? Have you tried the factory reset? If it is possible, please try to connect the camera to the M9 with cable, do you have the same issue?
