Support custom NTP server / Fix local network scheduling

I would like to be able to use devices in an offline mode / where they are disconnected from the internet.
Currently, doing this breaks scheduling because the devices want the internet to sync time.
Please add the ability to set a custom NTP server for time synchronization which could reside in the local network. I'd even settle for this being available as an API call only / no changes in the UI.
