Hi,
Please confirm the following information for the reported issue, the problem may be related to your network settings.

1. If the NVR and the camera are in different networks but you want to establish the RTSP/Onvif connection between them, have you opened ports for the two Tapo C210 on your router? If so, what's the internal port and external port you used for each camera?

2. When you establish the RTSP/Onvif connections with the two cameras, what URL have you used for each camera? (such as rtsp://IP Address:port number/stream1)

3. Please go to the Tapo app > camera's Device Settings > Device Info page to check if the camera uses the IP address you gave to it.
