D230s1 not recording now

Hi, I purchased this item and it was working fine, it would send notifications and record and I could view.
Now I get notifications but when I click on it, it says no recordings.
I have checked all settings and nothing has changed.
Any help or do I return this back to amazon?

Hi I am using a sd card for local recording. This was working fine in the morning, but later in the day I get "no recordings"

What's the firmware version of the H200 hub? Try to restart the hub, reinsert the sd card.
If it doesn't help, format the sd card. Make sure to back up sd card files to the computer with a card reader if there are any important contents.
