C110 unwanted repetitive noise during IR mode
For about a month, the camera has been producing an unwanted rhythmic sound (like knocking) only during active IR mode (both live and recorded). The sound defect stops only when the microphone is turned on for two-way communication. The camera has been in operation since 08/2024. Thanks for the help.

Hi,
Do you have the rhythmic sound whenever you enable the camera's Night mode, even in the daytime?
If so, please refer to the instructions below to collect the camera log for analysis.

@Solla-topee Your response didn't trigger any email notification for me at all (everything is enabled).. We're currently verifying this and diagnostics are ongoing. I only saw the installation in person yesterday, and I think I may have found the culprit – interference. My friend had moved the DC power cable for the camera around the high-voltage cables of the Victron solar charger (I didn't know about this act). The only thing I did on-site was move the camera and manually triggered night mode – no unwanted sounds appeared. I then returned the camera to its original position and placed the cables back the way my friend had arranged them, triggered the IR mode again, and again, no sounds occurred. It seems the issue only happens during battery discharge at night. We're waiting for nighttime discharge now :)

Hi,
If the problem remains at night, it's suggested to move the camera to another location without interference, and then check if the unwanted rhythmic sound occurs.

@Solla-topee Everything has been tried :) The problem is not interference. The fact that it's related to Victron is more than clear. We moved the camera to a completely different location and a different socket. The knocking noise occurred again only during battery discharge at night. Other cameras, such as the C320WS and C520WS, are also connected to the same electrical network. All cameras on the network use their original adapters (all adapters are identical). The problem only affects the C110 camera.

Hi,
Double-check if I understand correctly:
1. When the Tapo C110 connects to a power socket charged by the Victron, it will have a knocking noise, however, other Tapo cameras connected to the power sockets charged by the Victron do not have the same issue.
2. When the Tapo C110 connects to a power socket that is not charged by the Victron, it won't have a knocking noise.
If so, after you swap the power sockets of the Tapo C110 and Tapo C320WS/C520WS, does the C110 have a knocking noise?

@Solla-topee The mystery has deepened even further :) But the problem lies with the camera - something inside it has malfunctioned. We connected the camera to the home electrical network, and the knocking sound was constant there (whether in day or night mode) and even more repetitive.

This camera had already been on this home network once before, right after purchase, and it was tested here without showing any faults.
We have diagnostic logs from both networks.
The other cameras work as they did when purchased. They show no problems.
