C320WS appears offline in Tapo App but ONVIF works
Saturday
Model: Tapo C320WS
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.2.2

I have two C320WS, one C325WB, several C110 and one TC82 cameras connected to my TPLINK DECO mesh wifi network.

All of them work properly, but in the last period the two C320WS cameras appear as offline in TAPO app.

But they are connected to wifi and i can reach them using another app and ONVIF protocol.

If I reboot them, they appear again as online in TAPO app.

A few days ago I had a similar issue with TC82 Cam, but a firmware update solved a problem with mesh networks.

Is there a beta firmware to solve C320ws issue???

Hi,
There is no new firmware for the Tapo C320WS. In this case, you can check if the following instructions will be helpful.
Optimize IoT Device Stability with Mesh Networks

My issue is the same as this:

Note: One of these camera is connected using ethernet cable and the other one is connected using wifi, but both have the same issue

Hi,
1. You can try to change the DNS server on your Deco and check if it helps.

2. On the Deco app, please check if there are Parental Control or Access Control entries for the Tapo C320WS. If so, remove them for a try.

3. If the problem remains, please confirm the following information for further analysis.
   1) You can press the reset button for 10s to factory reset the camera, reconfigure it, and then check if it helps.
   2) Check the LED status on the Tapo C320WS if the problem remains.
   2) Send me(@Solla-topee) the camera's MAC address via a private message.
   3) Refer to the instructions to collect the camera log, and reply to me if you have collected it.

Best Regards
