Camera seems dead. It works randonly from time to time as i get notifications about movement but even after i enter the notifications there is no playback..

Even when working playback or live image works for a few Seconds or its just loads forever..

Network wifi signal is green above average. 

 

Camera has solid green or solid orange from time to time. Cant even enter to its menu 90% of the time. It is greyish, unpressable says out of connection. 

 

VERY frustrating

What router do you use? If it is a mesh network, consider creating a dedicated wifi for the camera to avoid connection problems if the camera switches between different access points.

 

Make sure the camera is updated. How to update the firmware of the Tapo devices on the Tapo App

 

How long have you been using this camera? When did you notice the problems?

I use a huawei dn8245v-70. Its the only device we use in the house. I use the camera for a week, cant work properly from start.

Did you check the camera immediately when you received the notification? The video isn't ready if you check it too soon. If the camera stream does not load, try to open the Tapo directly next time, instead of clicking the notification. You can also restart the app: force-close it first, then re-open it.
