i can view our camera using rtsp mode in vlc using same network pc/camera but when i try to view outside our network is not working so i want to know what is that port forwarding and is that possible to view our camera with different network

The Tapo camera uses the following ports for RTSP/ONVIF:
ONVIF Service Port: 2020
RTSP Service Port: 554
You can use your router's port forwarding feature to allow external devices to access the public IP and reach the camera.
