Hi there I have the C320WS camera installed 2 of them .

The settings are set up correctly as I have this issue randomly.

I keep not receiving the notification of the movement or person detected.

The camera records the video but doesn't send notifications.

The camera is set to reboot daily and the software and firmware are the latest available.

This is happening on my mobile and my partner one phone is android the other is IOS . Am I the only one experiencing this

Hi, 
You can refer to "Case 2. The camera has detected the events but cannot receive the notifications" in the below instructions to troubleshoot the reported issue.
What to do if I can't receive notifications with the Tapo Cam or have a delayed notification
 

If the problem remains, please list the result of each troubleshooting step.
